Anchor was incredible. I started off having to work with them through the warranty company and didn’t have a choice since they were picked. Once the warranty company did NOT come through I could go with anyone I wanted and got a buy out. I chose to stay with Anchor because of Julie and her customer service as well as the owner helping to speed up the process and give me a very fair price. The staff that came out to install were so professional, clean, efficient and just overall a pleasure. We had asked around about their reputation and others said they were good and the lived up to it. Thanks to everyone at Anchor for making a bad warranty experience a great one for us.
