Called a little after 12 pm today and within 2 hours tech was headed to unit. A little before 3 he called to say part would have to be ordered. We were happy we had a diagnosis, but AJ took it a step further and got ahold of the manufacturer rep for this area.
He stuck it out for another 1 hour and got us up back and running. Guests are happy of course but I am super grateful for AJ and Anchor Air. He hung around just a bit longer to see if he could resolve our issue and it paid off. Thank you again.
