Wow. I called late in the evening when my air went out. Jason answered and walked me thru a possible fix. I didn’t have all the tools at my disposal but what he walked me thru was enough for us to stay cool thru the night. I scheduled a service call for the next day and he arrived on time. He was very polite, professional, walked me thru everything he did, and gave maintenance suggestions to help avoid my issue in the future. This type of business model has been lost by most businesses. Upfront, Honest, Helpful. An outstanding concept of informing the customer of options and help without trying to gouge the customer for every dime. Based on this model, you can bet they will be the first company I call when I need a replacement or any service. Based on my experience, Don’t hesitate to call these guys.
